The European Leadership Programme hosts young professionals in Brussels as they discern their vocation and grow in Ignatian leadership and service to the common good. Since 2019 and until the summer of 2025, 159 Fellows from 30 countries have already completed the ELP journey.
Each semester, several Fellows rely on social stipends to make this journey possible. We invite you to consider supporting them. During the 5-month cohort, each one of the twenty Fellows pays only for the room in the ELP house, and the remaining costs of the program (around two thousand Euros per Fellow) are covered by the Jesuit Conference of European Provincials and some other major sponsors. Donations are directed towards having some subsidised room prices, therefore allowing those who have lower allowances to participate in ELP.
So your contribution, whether small or large, directly helps a young person engage in the programme, experience community, and receive meaningful formation that shapes their future leadership.

JESC has partnered with King Baudouin Foundation for several years to provide the possibility of tax-deductible donations. Due to changes in the KBF policies, we are currently in dialogue with the Transnational Giving Europe Platform to allow for that possibility, and expect to implement a new system soon.
