Taireez Niswander

Taireez has always had a heart for helping others. After spending many years working in the corporate world, she realized that her true calling in life was to help people find their dreams. She takes great pride in being able to help individuals and families find the country that they will move to, and cherish for years to come. Taireez loves traveling and experiencing new cultures; this gives her a unique perspective on what it means to find the right place to call home. A Little Cup of T was born from her desire to help people find a sense of peace in a time of chaos. Currently, she is planning ways to help people discover other countries through small group travel experiences. She has been fortunate enough to have lived in 8 different countries for an extended period of time and traveled to over 30 more. During her career, she has worked for public, private, nonprofit, and academic institutions. In recognition of her community service, she has received 35+ awards from multiple organizations.

She is also currently the Vice President of Operations at Govology. A company that helps small businesses to navigate the US Federal contracting space. When she’s not traveling or exploring other cultures, you can find this wanderlust-inspired woman cooking up something new in her kitchen. She loves learning about all things from around the world and will never say no to an adventure!
